Refunds are handled per our stated policy. Where a full refund is issued, access to the digital product may be revoked.
Delivery is electronic and immediate. Access and download activity are logged (date, time, IP) for security and order verification.
Your statement will show the agreed billing descriptor for this purchase.
For plans where this option is enabled, if a scheduled payment cannot be completed in full because of insufficient funds, we may collect a smaller amount toward that payment now and bill the remaining balance on a later date — typically around a common pay date (the 1st or 15th). We will always tell you exactly how much was charged and how much remains, and you can pay the remainder or update your card at any time from your member area. Each charge is a normal payment for a disclosed amount; we never charge more than the amount you agreed to for the billing period, and we keep retries within the card networks’ limits.
